Regulative Principle

Regulative Principle

Our worship services seek to glorify God through a careful and joyful observance of Christ's prescribed means of grace. The regulative principle, as contained in the Second Commandment, is the governing principle of our worship, which guides us to worship God in Spirit and truth by worshipping Him only as He has commanded in His Word (John 4:24; Ex. 20:4-6; 1. Cor. 14:37). Thus we aim to worship the God of the Word in reverent submission to the Word of God.
